These fringed booties are from Minnetonka and I love them. They are so adorable with skirts and bare legs with a bit of sock peaking out.
I bought these teal boots last spring on clearance at Target for just $6! End of season sales are the best time to buy shoes for the following season for extra cheap as long as you buy them a size or two bigger.

The little boots are adorable. June will either grow up to exasperate her husband by the size of her shoe collection, or the gene will skip a generation and she’ll only own three pairs at a time and wear them only when she has to.
