Gather a bunch of women together with some crafts, snacks, a baby belly and some wine it’s only a matter of time before that bump is covered in graffiti. (The mom-to-be drank juice, of course.)
Okay, it’s actually not graffiti, but henna, which I thought was a very clever idea for a small baby shower.
Henna is a flowering plant from which a long lasting dye can be made. It’s been used to adorn women’s bodies to mark milestones and celebrations since the dawn the time. My friend is preparing for her third baby, due sometime in November, so she invited a few of us over to decorate her belly and envelope the new bambino (or is it a bambina? They’re not finding out the sex!) in good vibes.

What a beautiful belly bursting with life!
SO cute! Looks like a baby’s bum is sticking out of her right/photo’s left side of that belly.
LOVE IT! I wish I had thought of that when I was pregnant with any of my 6!!
